As the days get longer . . .

Creeping up is the end of February, and we are already 2 months through 2021. Why this year has not felt much different, we may once see spring training again. I will say however, it feels that this spring training is special. That it may redefine what a visit to a Cactus League ballpark looks and feels like. Whether it be the pod style seating, or the 0 contact with players. Will this be the new norm for these games? I sure hope not.... 

I don’t doubt, whatsoever, that this will be another oddity of a year. But with next years Dilemmas foreshadowed in this years Spring Training negotiations, will it really return to normal any time soon? 

Why does all this matter you may ask... well, with the lack of availability and access to players, the potential for strike next year, and the slow pace at which vaccines are distributed, we may not see a “normal” season till 2023. So what better way to fill this void in the absence of normality? Baseball Cards .... hold on to your seats folks, it’s only just begun...
